Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and any additional details you share through our inquiry forms or during consultations. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule sessions
- To send you session preparation materials and guides
- To deliver your photographs and related services
- To communicate about your session, scheduling, and follow-ups
Photography & Image Usage
With your consent, we may use photographs from your session for marketing, portfolio display, and social media. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Terms of Service
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your session date and time. Remaining balances for prints, products, or additional services are due upon delivery.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.
Copyright & Usage
All photographs are copyrighted by Christy Bell Photography. Clients receive a personal use license for their selected digital images. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
